Housing construction structures don´t require such demanding technology like in the case of industrial construction, but we cannot but say that these projects are less demanding than those industrial or commercial due to the fact that they are prepared for a large number of end users.
Of course, end users have high demands on the quality of work carried out and often times these projects are subject to a large number of client changes, each change being practically individual.
Therefore during the construction of residential buildings our company particularly cares about the quality of work carried out and individually approaches each end user through the client center set up for each project. In the client center every client receives all the necessary information about the project and the possibilities for the individualization of each apartment.
Our main task is to satisfy every end user. The completed projects are proof that we succeed in fulfilling this task.
VILLAPARK TRENČÍN
Each VILLAPARK apartment building has 27 apartments distributed on five floors. The apartments are 2, 3 and 4-room. On the first floor there are garages, cellars and the entrance to the building. Access to the apartments is from a common staircase and an elevator with 8-person capacity. Each of the apartments has a balcony or terrace. Each apartment has heating with its own boiler. The apartments have buzzers, telephones and television cables.
