Act No. 307/2014 Coll. on some measures related to the reporting of anti-social activities (hereinafter "the Act") regulates the conditions for providing protection to persons against victimization in labor relations connected with the reporting of crime or other anti-social activities (hereinafter referred to as "anti-social activity") as well as the rights and obligations of individuals and legal entities in the reporting of anti-social activities.
As an employer who employs at least 50 employees Keraming a.s. is required to identify the specific organizational unit or person (hereinafter the "responsible person"), who performs the role of an employer under the Act. The designation of the responsible person and methods of complaint administration must by law be published and usually accessible to all employees and regularly available in a manner in which at least one complaint submission method must be accessible 24 hours a day.

In its role as an employer Keraming a.s. its role as an employer ensures the act by familiarizing Keraming a.s. employees with an Internal Complaints Handling System, drawn up in accordance with the act, a designated responsible person and a complaints administration method, in particular the rights and obligations arising for Keraming a.s. and its employees from the act, also this declaration on its website.
