Law no. 307/2014 Coll. on certain measures related to the reporting of anti-social activity (hereinafter referred to as "the law") regulates the conditions for providing protection to persons against unjustified punishment in the employment relationship in connection with the reporting of crime or other anti-social activity (hereinafter referred to as "anti-social activity") and rights and obligations of natural persons and legal entities when reporting anti-social activity.
The company Keraming a.s. as an employer who employs at least 50 employees, he is obliged to designate a special organizational component or person (hereinafter referred to as "responsible person") who fulfills the employer's tasks according to the law. According to the law, the designation of the responsible person and the methods of submitting suggestions must be published and accessible to all employees in a usual and commonly accessible way, with the fact that at least one method of submitting suggestions must be accessible 24 hours a day.
Initiation within the meaning of the law is understood
- a notification, including an anonymous notification about serious anti-social activity,
- non-anonymous submission of anti-social activity other than serious anti-social activity, which the natural person learned about in connection with the performance of his/her employment, profession, position or function.
The company Keraming a.s. as an employer, she ensured the tasks given to her by law through familiarization with the employees of Keraming a.s. with the content of the Internal system for dealing with complaints developed in accordance with the law, the determination of the responsible person and the method of submitting complaints, especially with the rights and obligations arising from the company Keraming a.s. and its employees by law, as well as this announcement on its website.
Designation of the person responsible for receiving suggestions and the method of submitting suggestions:

- by post, in an envelope addressed to the registered office of Keraming a.s., Jesenského 3839, 911 01 Trenčín and stating the name and surname of the responsible person,
